We developed an enhanced immigration recruitment strategy for a government seeking to attract high net-worth property investors, start-up entrepreneurs, and the relocation of headquarters or offices of influential international and civil society organizations. After bench-marking all global migration and investor residency programs, we provided tailored and unique recommendations of incentives to offer diverse constituencies.
